Cancellation Policy

💎 MISS AUSTRALIA FLYING DRESSES BOOKING POLICY & TERMS 💳 BOOKING & NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER To secure your session, a retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date, time, and preparation for your photoshoot. 🔄 RESCHEDULING We understand that plans may change. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date if: • You notify us at least 14 days prior to your session • A new suitable date is available Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the session may result in the loss of the retainer. ❌ CANCELLATION POLICY All retainers are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your session, the retainer fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. 🕒 PUNCTUALITY We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time. • Late arrival will result in a reduced session time • Delays exceeding 15 minutes without notice may result in cancellation and loss of the booking fee If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If we are delayed, your full session time will be honoured. 📸 PHOTO DELIVERY POLICY Initial images provided are proofs only and not final edits. Our editing process is essential to our style and quality. For this reason: • Only edited photos are delivered • Unedited images are not provided Final images will be delivered after professional retouching is completed. ➕ ADDITIONAL IMAGES Additional edited photos may be purchased after your session. 🌧️ WEATHER POLICY If weather conditions are unsuitable, your session may be rescheduled in agreement with the photographer. ⚠️ FORCE MAJEURE If the session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control (including illness, technical issues, natural events or other unforeseen situations), the retainer fee will be returned. No further liability will apply. 💍 WEDDINGS & EVENTS For weddings and events: • The retainer is non-refundable • Cancellations must be submitted in writing If a new date is requested: • We will do our best to accommodate • No additional fee applies if the new date is available If we are unavailable, the booking will be cancelled according to this policy. 🎁 GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are available for most sessions.
